OK, here it is - 'Sam Houston High School Reunion - The Movie'
Sam Houston High School 50th Reunion from James Longmore on Vimeo.
What a ride!!
The 50th Year Reunion of the Class of 1962 was a success. At least that seems to be the case as noted by the feed back. I was so encouraged by your positive remarks that I wanted to build on the momentum you created - in fact, if you'd like to leave a comment or two, or even a message to your fellow classmates, there's a nifty comments section at the bottom of this page!
Therefore, I met with Jim Longmore yesterday to start the redesign of the web site to act as a information conduit specifically created for THE CLASS OF 1962.
For those who attended the Dinner /Dance on Saturday evening, you will remember that Jim is the blond headed guy that talks funny (He's British) and has the good looking wife, Jennifer, who appears to be younger than most of us.
We have added the pictures that we took at the 50th Reunion Day to our Gallery Page - please do take a look, and send us your pictures from the day!
There will be the opportunity to submit more pictures for the Gallery and find out about upcoming events that you might be interested in attending. Jim has also twisted my muscular arm (wishing) and has made me agree to writing a blog to be posted on a regular basis.
Even though Jim is much smaller than me , he is a nasty little fella that is still upset about losing the Revolutionary War.
The first order of business is for you to send in pictures that can be posted. Now those pictures can be old as well as those from the reunion. I'm sorry, I really didn't mean to say old. I meant dated.
Please take a little time to to go to the web site that Connie Hopper has for Sam Houston High School Classes 1956-1986 and put in your profile!
I had more fun than legally possible this past weekend and look forward to staying in touch with all of you.
Your bud and Classmate,
Ronnie Goedecke '62
